Cmantham Movie Review and Rating

The crime thriller Cmantham, produced under the T R Dream Productions banner, features Vajrayogi as the hero and Shreya Bharti as the heroine. Directed by Sudhakar Pani, the film released in theatres on November 14. It is produced by Prashanth Tata with Gayathri Soumya Gudiseva as co producer, while S Suhas composed the music. Story:

A series of brutal murders take place in the city. The police fail to understand who is committing them and why. At this point, hero Vajra enters as a private detective. How he uncovers the truth behind these murders, why they are happening, and who is responsible forms the core of the story. To know the full mystery, you need to watch Cmantham.

Analysis:

The first half moves with the love track between Vajra and Shreya along with the chain of murders, ending with a solid interval bang. The second half focuses on how the hero solves the case, and the screenplay becomes very engaging. The scenes keep you on the edge of your seat. The flashback of the culprits is the main highlight, and the film is inspired by real life incidents.

Director Sudhakar Pani narrates the chosen plot in an interesting manner. The second half, especially the pre climax and climax, works really well. His writing and storytelling keep the film gripping.

Vajra, though new, delivers an energetic performance, showing confidence equal to someone with multiple films. He performs well in the action scenes too. Shreya Bharti looks good and supports the film.

S Suhan’s music is impressive, the songs are nice, and the background score elevates the mood. Amar’s editing keeps the film crisp without any lag. The production values are rich, and the makers did not compromise on the budget. The visuals look grand, supported by Srinivas Vinnakota’s effective camerawork.

Cmantham is a fresh attempt with a new storyline. Families can watch it together, and thriller movie lovers will be even more engaged. Viewers walk out with the feeling of having watched a good film in two hours. Performances, music, and direction all come together nicely. Even with a new team, the movie feels like the work of experienced artists.
